Together with the developers we provide advice on retailer service requirements in the early stages of planning.
Lease Administration
We work with our clients legal representatives providing commercial advice to finalise leases.
Lease Negotiation
We are completely accountable for the negotiation and delivery of lease deals with retailers including major tenants in projects.
Tenancy Delivery
Our services are not complete until the tenant opens their doors. We work closely with your Tenancy Designers and Tenancy Coordinators to ensure the tenant provides a quality fitout and is opened by the agreed date.
